• Design and implement an Internal Review system for domestic programs contracts, global partnerships, and other identified areas.
• Develop a process for reviewing and creating MOUs, including the development of templates, in partnership with legal counsel.
• Reviewed and evaluated proposed contract documents for the organization's compliance and alignment of program services.
• Research and implement a contracts database for the storage and reporting of all MOUs, contracts, and deeds within the organization.
• Collaborated with other departments, such as program operations and finance, to resolve issues related to contract development or execution.
• Monitor existing contracts for upcoming expiration dates, subsequently coordinating with appropriate channels for contract re-negotiation and possible renewal.

• Provide oversight and daily management of the Family Support Program, as well as supervising, hiring, and training team members.
• Collaborate in the development, design, and provision of services, including selecting a Self-Sufficiency curriculum, identifying and evaluating metrics, evaluating outcomes and metrics, and ensuring accurate data was captured.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners to provide additional resources, knowledge, and expertise to families.
