- I own 2 rental properties that I obtained through educating myself in Real Estate Investing and following with good business deals. I oversee these properties myself, managing all aspects of decorating, marketing, renting, and total property management. This includes hiring teams for the maintenance of the inside, the structures themselves, and the grounds. I also do many of these jobs myself when/as needed. I shop for and stock the properties and make sure furniture and linens are replaced frequently. I value each renter as an important client who deserves an amazing customer experience.
