  • As a call center representative I help the customers with their express send transactions as far as making transactions or also if they are having issues with the beneficiary's not being able to receive the money due to a issue in the transit of the transaction going threw
  • I receive calls in either Spanish or English but all the information obtained needs to be inputed in the system in English
  • Have to make the notes very clear so the next person understands exactly what is going on
  • There is a lot of information that we need receive from the customer in order to be able to go into the customer account so its all very confidential and therefore we protect the customers information and take the safety pro cautions when it comes to the customers
  • In this position I would also have to call other countries communicate with the banks that the customers are sending the funds to and having to troubleshoot why their money wasn't going threw and how to fix it

  • As a sales associate I work the sales floor and I am normally on the cash register helping customers with returns and purchases at Gap we are very big with loyalty so if a customer isn't signed up with our rewards I encourage them to sign up for our rewards program
  • I let them know the benefits of the credit card to get a better discount so they could get a discount if they are approved and then every time they use their credit card get a discount on top of the discount that the store already has
  • Some days I also do shipment which we receive our merchandise and open up boxes put on a bakers rack and take out to the floor and restock everything that we received in our shipment if it doesn't fit I back stock the items
  • I have to sometimes to ship from store which means online orders get them ready for when ups arrives the orders are ready so customers receive on time
  • We also have some customers that have complains so I try to help them the best I can before I even bother my manager

  • My responsibilities for my position consisted of opening the store making sure that all the night time supervisor took care of all the duties which consist of counting the cash register cleaning, and that all the food that needs to be put has properly put away
