During the year I have been in this position I have assisted in opening 2 warehouses from the ground up. I assisted in all lease signing and location planning meetings, vendor and operational equipment installations and IT and network setups. This included setting up the network IT infrastructure, onboarding all clients in the WMS and setting up the shipping vendors for all services needed. My other main task during the last year has been to assist the VP of Marketing with all prospective clients during the onboarding process. This included responding to all quote request and gather the information needed to provided a quote of service. Once the quotes were excepted I assisted in building the contracts and rates for all SLA requirements. I then followed the clients during the onboarding process setting their SKUs and logins within our WMS and passing them over to our Customer Service team.

While in this position I supervised 3 customer service agents that services 30 different clients at any given time. We were in charge of pushing out all daily orders within each clients individual SLA and contractual agreement. The Customer Service team was also responsible for invoicing and billing done for services by our operational team. During the growth of the company from a 60k sqft warehouse to 150k sqft warehouse I was the main point of contact for all customers and WMS integrations. I assisted in getting our warehouse AIB and Organic certified for food grade services. I set up food grade work plans that included training for both FEFO and FIFO shipping.

While in this position the company was still in the start up phase for the Las Vegas location. Our staff was very limited so the only office staff was the General Manager and myself. I assisted in all daily orders for the 8 clients in our warehouse while also assisting in all daily office functions for the company. I handled all clent related issues including billing, inventory and setting up and integrations and vendors needed to complete SLAs and projects.
