A day as a warehouse worker at Target starts off by an OM discussing the production numbers and what will be done for the day. I receive my labels and take them to the SP machine I have chosen to use to work with for the day. The day consist of filling carts with boxes and labeling them with the correct label. When the cart gets full, I drop it off at its zone according to the labels. When we finish, maintenance has to be done on all aisles such as sweeping, picking up rubber bands, recovering boxes on the floor and putting them in their correct location.

At USAGENCIES I was in charge of maintaining overall appearance of sales office, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, reports, and gathered costumer's information such as bill of sales and titles. I assist customers with general questions, received and processed customer payments, issued receipts and verified balance/daily reports of receipts for cash drawers. I contacted customers regarding their account status and renewals. I worked with many top carriers to provide auto insurance to costumers and provided them with auto and home quotes. Responded to clients insurance-related questions and issues.

Some of my responsibilities as a bank teller included of handling customer financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, cashier checks, ordered checks, cashed checks and made loan payments. Accurately counted cash drawer in the beginning and end of the day. Filled deposit slips and paperwork such as release titles, wires and card disputes. Assisted members with closing accounts. Sold and cross-sold bank products to new and existing customers. Managed safe deposit box and handled morning and night drop mail. Assisted customers with compromised debit cards and issued new card for members.
