Daily Responsibilities & Duties1. Team Management & HRStaffing & Scheduling: Manage shift schedules, recruit, interview, and onboard new talent.Training: Develop, facilitate, and administer compliance training and continuous employee development.Employee Relations: Address employee performance, settle workplace disputes, and administer disciplinary actions or terminations.2. Quality Control & SafetyCompliance Monitoring: Ensure all facility operations adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards.Food Safety: Oversee Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs, conduct visual/analytical product inspections, and track testing (e.g., moisture, fat, salt, and color analysis).Sanitation Oversight: Manage sanitation schedules, pre-operational equipment inspections, and strict cleanliness of production zones.3. Operational ExecutionProduction Targets: Monitor processing and packaging lines to maximize yield and prevent equipment downtime.Documentation: Maintain meticulous records for plant audits, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
