• Within this job I obtained my RBS certificate and training
• I assisted working 8 to 10 hour shifts maintaining a large complex of tables
• I multitasked covering other portions of a section while we were going through breaks
• I assisted in other areas as needed and when I was able to
• I cooperated in my sidework which consisted of restocking, making sure our buss tubs were empty, making sure my section was clean/ sauces were restocked, as well as rolling a tray of utensils & polishing
• I worked through different transitions that consisted of lunch shifts and dinner as well
• I learned how to assist and cater to my guests through rushes making sure I was still getting my job done efficiently

Bella Luna was a wonderful restaurant to work for and be apart of. Withholding this position taught me more than just experience, it allowed me to be a better version of myself and towards others. I withheld this position over 2 years and a half due to a change of location to another city. Within the time being I extended gratitude and hospitality to known regulars and new guest welcomed. I adapted to a steadfast environment and became reserved in well manner as well. Some of my daily task included

• report oncoming guest reservations and intake to the kitchen, owner, and pizza station
• keep my area tidy
• take out orders and phone calls
• assist to the servers in the restaurant
