I work as a Sales Associate, Cashier, and Stock Associate at Michael Kors, where I assist customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service. I process purchases and returns at the register and help keep track of inventory by receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise. I make sure the sales floor stays clean, well-stocked, and organized so products are easy for customers to find. I also stay in contact with bulk buyers when needed and help ensure stock levels are accurate and up to date.

As a Senior Sales Associate, I helped customers find the right shoes by assisting them with sizes, styles, and any questions they had. I provided customer service throughout my shifts, kept the sales floor clean and organized, and helped with inventory and restocking. I also worked the register when needed and made sure customers had a smooth checkout experience. I especially enjoyed helping families and kids find shoes they loved, making sure they left the store happy and excited with their purchase.

As a cashier, I opened the serving stations each day by preparing and organizing condiments, utensils, and fresh fruit for students. I assisted students with their meal plans, ensured they received the correct meals, and provided friendly customer service. I also supported students with special needs by assisting them during mealtimes and providing attentive, individualized service to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
