Summary

I enjoy teaching children and preparing lesson plans that are rich in content and provide hands-on applications. Visuals, manipulatives, computer games, and activities are chosen to enhance learning and retention. A safe and colorful environment is developed with areas for calming, creativity, and curriculum. Working with other teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators and parents is key in the development and growth for each child and communication is imperative. Teaching is intuitive and patience, encouragement, calm consistency, and humor, are my strengths for success when it comes to children, and especially, Special Needs.
