Jimmy "Dave" Blake

When hired at Industrial Belting I started as a shipping & receiving clerk in the Warehouse. There I built my foundation of product knowledge and have continued to develop additional knowledge over the years. About 2 years later I was asked if I would be interested in transferring to our conveyor belt shop. I operated the belting equipment and fabricated conveyor belts for OEM and MRO accounts. After reaching the max pay scale in that department I was asked if I would be interested in moving to inside sales. I accepted that position and have been there ever since. My knowledge and expertise is in power transmission products & conveyor belt. I've also developed strong relationships with our vendors and customers over the years. Our incoming sales force has leaned on my knowledge and support to help them with their growth. I have worked for 4 different owners over 29 years and I would welcome the opportunity for a fresh start with a new a new company with more opportunity's.
