Managed safety award program for Chevron for when safety goals were met those employees could order awards from a catalog of pre-chosen awards. Tradeshow attendance was 1 or more times per month to upkeep vendor relations and special pricing as well. Sourcing the latest items to keep clients up on what the latest fads. My first year of outside sales exceeded 1 million when the industry standard was under $250,000
