
As a senior, comes valuable life experiences in work and personal, married and parent. Also a long time sober fellow in the AA program give me up close relationships with alcoholics.
As a rideshare driver I have been a responsible self employed individual. Working 30 to 40 hours weekly. Having to negotiate Los Angeles traffic while trying to maximize income is no easy task. Due to the pandemic I did not work 2021.
I had to come out of retirement due to the financial collapse of 2009. Previously I was employed at the Chevron refinery in El Segundo CA. for 25 years. Beginning in 1995 I began as an operator, monitoring plant operations at the FLUID CATALYTIC CONVERTER plant. I transferred to the maintenance department after one year working as a pipefitter for 24 years. I then retired due to health issues.
Prior to rideshare I also worked as a security guard, insurance agent for short periods.
I monitored the premises at SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA HOSPITAL in Hollywood. also dealing with the at times the intake patients and/also the troublesome patients.
I started as an operator in 1975 , monitoring plant the FLUID CATALYTIC CONVERTOR plant. In 1976 I transferred to the maintenance department as a pipefitter. As a pipefitter I repaired, measured and installed new pipe thru out the entire refinery. Also the job included the removal and installation of equipment thru out the refinery and tank farm.
Having been involved with and sober with AA for 50 yrs.

At ElCamino JR. College It was a real pleasure to study piano with a private teacher. I accomplished some degree of proficency.
In addition to piano I studied music analysis and drumming.
