I am responsible for ensuring that hospice care is provided to the ultimate satisfaction of the patients and their families by overseeing the clinical operations of the business.

Lead an interdisciplinary hospice team, overseeing patient care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing patient care plans, conducting field visits, reviewing documentation, and ensuring quality, cost-effective care from admission to bereavement. This leadership role focuses on mentoring staff and collaborating with physicians.

As a Registered Nurse provided specialized hospice care, focusing on pain management, symptom relief, and emotional support for patients and families facing terminal illness. I work within an interdisciplinary team to create and implement customized care plans, and visiting patients in homes, assisted living, hospitals, and nursing facilities.
