Provided excellent customer service while operating the cash register and processed customer transactions efficiently and correctly. We also handled cash, credit, and refund transactions accurately and professionally. To make sure my cowerkers are allways being helped, I learned to work in other departments that are not just giving food out to the customers, like taking orders and bagging food. Making sure to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bagging area.

As a server, I provided friendly and attentive service to guests in the dining areas. Making sure to greet guests and recommend the specials of the day. I make sure to process customers' orders accurately and efficiently. I also make sure to resolve and help with any doubts or questions since they are our number one priority. During rush hours, I also make sure that my team is supported in every way possible and never left alone. We also open and do closing duties, including dining area setup, supply restocking, cleaning tables and chairs to prepare the area for incoming guests the next day.
