With 9 years of experience in the clinical setting and 3 years of working with Epic systems. Being a patient service rep and referral clerk is treating patients with the respect, love, care, empathy and compassion. Working in General and Plastic Surgery clinic mostly in General Surgery since that was my main clinic but would cover Plastic Surgery if they need help to cover personal or if someone was out, since we had the same manager. In my main job role being a patient service rep and referral clerk; I would answer the phones and triage them the the correct clinic or personal, Check in and out patients, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, obtaining ID and insurance and updating them in the system as well phone numbers, addresses or any changes needing to be done in the patients chart, obtaining co-pays and previous balances, scanning documents into the patient charts like POA's and other records, scheduling patients imaging and calling them with the information of the test. Also helping with hand hygiene and office gatherings like pot lucks and office holiday parties, games as office unity to get to your co-workers more and build trust between each other. In addition, being a referral clerk I would work mostly internal referral but I would work externals I work with a surgical oncologist for 4 years and mostly diagnosis like BRCA positive patients, breast cancer, but also lymphoma, melanoma, sarcoma and other skin cancers. Also, working in general surgery as a referral clerk, I would receive the referral from the referring providers office and go through the medical record to verify if the patient was a correct fit to the clinic due to their diagnosis and if more information was needed I would contact the referring providers office and obtain any additional record like imaging, reports, pathology slides or pathology reports and would scan all the information into the patients chart and would schedule the patient for new patient appointment. Also, if the patient would need to be transferred out to an external clinic I would send the referral to the patients provider or clinic of their choosing.

Working in Academy my job duties and responsibilities were to greet customers coming while working in customer service area resolving customer complaints promptly, enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty. While also handling high-pressure situations calmly, maintaining composure during busy periods or difficult interactions. Also, being a cashier I would streamline checkout processes to reduce wait times during peak hours and stocking up. In customer service, I would handle the returns and refunds, also doing hunting, fishing and boating permits. Being a cashier I would process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale system, doing credit cards applications, price checks, stocking merchandise like; sodas, candy, chips and other things. Managed cash handling duties, maintaining accountability for cash drawer balances.

Working in Carl's Jr, my job ditties and responsibilities were to greet customers coming in the store and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant tables, floors, drink and food prepping area. Making sure everything was stocked up in or down time, handled cash drawer, preparing and packing the food for the customers. Maintaining a warm and positive environment and handling any customers satisfactions.

Working in JP Check Cashing/ Order Express required me to complete various job roles and duties while also greeting customers. Cultivated strong customer relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Helped customers with money transfers to; Mexico, Central and South America. Bill payments, verifying and cashing checks, Notaries letters, sending packages to Mexico, selling air plane tickets, Tax preparation, car title and registration, car transfers, translating papers and changing money currency.

Working for subway franchises my duties and responsibilities required me to greet the customers and also making sure that we would have everything do before we open the store take the meats and vegetable are at the correct temperature, change the containers, time and dates, prep the dough for the bread and in the steamer and the put the bread in the over, cut extra vegetable, fill the sauces, bake the cookies, stock anything from cups, straws and lids, stock up chips while also making sure we maintained a cleanliness and organization in our work area, making sure that we meet the customers expectations. Also working as a cashier and working the cash drawer and verifying inventory.

• Working at McDonald's my job duties and responsibilities were maintaining cleanliness in the front line, making sure everything is stocked up, taking orders, making drinks, taking money, bagging food, doing inventory and making sure that the customer had their food correctly, Also, I would help in the kitchen operating fryers, grills, oven and food prepping.

At Subway, my job duties and responsibilities were to prep food for the day like to cut vegetable, baked the bread, cook cookies, getting the meats out and taking their temperature as well, doing cash drops, preparing sandwiches, salads and pizza for the customers. Also, maintained the cleanliness of the store and made sure everything was stocked up.

Working at Wishing Well as a waitress and cashier I would greet customers while guiding the to their table my job duties and responsibilities, I would manage tables efficiently and ensuring timely order would be delivered, delivering the drinks to the customers tables, helping the cook with food prepping , cleaning, organizing and making sure that everything was set for the next day.
