• Oversaw all operations and marketing related matters, ensuring smooth communications between centers and both facilitating the production of educational materials and the training and validity of each tutor.

Student Digital Leadership Team member

• The HKIS Student Digital Leadership Team is the core technological logistics and production team for most events at HKIS. We filmed, edited, and streamed 100+ videos for school events such as Town Hall, Concerts, and most importantly- each year's High School commencement ceremony. I was shortlisted to be recruited to join the core team after around half a year of apprenticeship and in my half year of experience with the team, assisted in the overall production and filming for 7 concerts (choir, orchestra, band), 2 shows (Musical and play, each show ran for 4 nights), the TedXHKIS conference, HKIS' yearly fashion show, and 4-5 live-streamed sports events.
  Throughout my experience with the team, a few major accomplishments include piloting our first live-edited and live-streamed sports game on YouTube, accompanied by live scoreboard and courtside interviews. The streaming received nearly 1.5k live views and pioneered future game broadcasts for HKIS.
  Another core accomplishment includes my involvement in the Class of 2024 Commencement Ceremony, a 3-hour stream that was watched all over the world by friends and family of the graduates, and still replayed often.
