Accomplishments

  • Developed relationships within the Sheriff's office while modernizing the existing Sex Offender Registration Process. While doing so, designed cross-training program for Jail Staff and trained 8 Correctional Officers to prepare them for further Training with the Missouri State Highway Patrol and daily Operations between Dispatch and the Jail
  • Was Project Manager during relocation/build of the county's 911/Emergency Operations Center. Directly communicated or negotiated with vendors, engineers and architects to coordinate installation.
  • Negotiated with existing phone vendors, saving the county approximately $100,000 annually.
  • Developed the "Minors at Work" program which employed 12 local at risk youths during times of need. "Minors at work" was designed to guide youths through the process of employment as well as providing a positive resource in their lives.
  • Introduced County Government to the On The Job program with the Booneslick Regional Planning Commission, allowing County Offices to partner with the local Career Center in recruiting and assessing potential new hires.
