- As an Eligibility Specialist, I receive calls and assist people who show interest for the CSFP Program and its functions and benefits. I communicate closely and complete an application for seniors to determine if they are eligible to receive the commodity based on Eligibility guidelines. At the various monthly distributions we finalize the assistance count. As well as complete reports of attending seniors and participating centers that have received in the daily distributions.

- We have daily distributions every month for the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) also known as the "Senior Box Program" where we provide food to low-income people who are at least 60 years of age. At the distributions, we load food into the senior's vehicle to ensure that they have a nutritious meal for the month. While in house, we work closely with our distribution team to assure a proper flow of production of the commodities that are then distributed. Managing product inventory, maintaining sanitary environment for food products and reporting end of day distributions logs and product inventory.

I maintain close communication with the manager and supervisor who overlook the department and report to them team performance and inventory that have been accounted for at distributions and returning commodity.
Leadership
I overlook the distribution team and account for the people attending our distributions. As a team member of the CSFP, I also work alongside our distribution team to answer any questions or concerns that the general public they may have about the program and guide and inform them of the process of applying and our purpose as a service.
