• Process loans for customers who are purchasing and refinancing their homes. Assist borrowers through the complete process from contact with the sales representative to the final closing. Work a variety of different types of products but focus primarily on Government programs offered to customers. Provide customer service for the borrower to ensure the loan process is completed and confidential.

• Sold employment advertising to companies of various sizes. Assisted companies with advertisement using multi-media programs such as print, web, radio, and TV. Sold ATS (Applicant Tracing Systems) software-based web services. Skilled in using customer relationship management software.
