Extremely hard worker who will do their utmost to improve the company in every way possible. Will always be kind and courteous to customers, providing the best reputation and experience for the customer. Will follow orders to a T, but will also occasionally ask questions or make suggestions to better understand or operate the business. Will always be either on-time or early to shifts unless under uncontrollable circumstances, in which the employer will be immediately notified. Will volunteer for the difficult jobs no one else wants to do, and will frequently cover shifts if possible. Does not need lots of hours, but will work them if needed. Will not be glued to a phone or stuck in conversation with a co-worker.
