- Providing administrative support to Clinical Director, Program Supervisors, and Coordinator staff

- Updating, maintaining, and distributing Care Coordination Master List

- Ensuring alignment of BTQ Enrollment File with internal master list roster

- Aligning Foothold data with BTQ data for compliance and accurate billing

- Monitoring BTQ accounts payable and receivable, reconciling with billing submissions

- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in billing submissions and claims

- Monitoring and interpreting Missed Claims Report and Tracking Error Report

- Serving as liaison with CBC/BTQ staff to resolve reporting/data errors

- Identifying HH and Medicaid ineligibility, ensuring expeditious resolution

- Maintaining HARP/HCBS spreadsheet, attending BTQ webinars and external trainings

- Communicating regularly with Care Coordination management and staff

- Maintaining cellphone assignment log, petty cash, and metro card inventory

- Troubleshooting system and reporting errors, disseminating critical information

- Employing critical thinking skills to interpret data and develop tracking systems

- Performing additional duties as assigned by Administrative Director and VP of Residential Services.

• Responsible for the accurate processing of patient specimens including receipt and data entry into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

• Ensure proper and complete patient identification on requisitions and specimens

• Appropriately label and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis

• Performs clerical duties necessary to process specimens including, but not limited to scanning and filing

paperwork

• Determine specimen suitability for analysis and resolve any discrepancies or issues while processing specimens

• Reports final test results to authorized persons, including state health agency

• Files and/or retrieves lab copies of patient test reports in cabinet files and/or LIMS

• Registered and prepared samples for general analytical testing through data entry, weighing and physical

homogenization

• Processed patient specimens according to priority and documented results

• Performed testing and quality control using approved laboratory procedures and instrumentation

• Interpreted and documented results of tests into active databases and communicated results to internal customers.

Maintain and oversee compliance for all PCA, HHA, PA, RN

• Conduct tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager or Director of Patient
