- Providing administrative support to Clinical Director, Program Supervisors, and Coordinator staff

• Responsible for the accurate processing of patient specimens including receipt and data entry into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Ensure proper and complete patient identification on requisitions and specimens
• Appropriately label and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
• Performs clerical duties necessary to process specimens including, but not limited to scanning and filing
paperwork
• Determine specimen suitability for analysis and resolve any discrepancies or issues while processing specimens
