As a Service Porter I Greet Customers as they pull in for service and call out for and direct advisors to the cars in the correct order and in a timely manner

Maintain good Radio Etiquette when using the radio at any time.

Safely and efficiently move cars from the service drive to the destined location.

Perform tasks such as; Washing vehicles when requested, doing Gas Runs(on either Vehicles or filling up Gas Cans), escorting customers to their vehicles when needed, performing test drives on vehicles, picking up and dropping off vehicles to other dealerships, or other facilities. As well as picking up and dropping off customer vehicles and Customers when needed.

As a Lead Porter my responsibilities include all of the above, in addition to coordinating the pickup and delivery of customer vehicles, delegating other Porters to handle the afore mentioned tasks,and ensure a smooth flow of the service drive and dealership lot. As well as making sure that any requests from Service Advisors or Managers get handled in the most efficient and effective ways.

• Received customer vehicles for service and parked them in designated areas.
• Transported completed vehicles back to the customer's residence or place of business.
• Maintained a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Greeted customers entering the dealership showroom and directed them to the appropriate service personnel or department.
• Removed trash from all rooms and placed garbage and recycling receptacles in approved areas for trash pickup.
• Inspected vehicles for stains and debris and returned clean and tidy vehicle to customer.
• Provided transport for customers and dealership personnel
• Contributed to service ticket writing and tagging of customer vehicles.
• Demonstrated dedication and work ethic through consistent attendance and top-level performance.
• Moved and worked with vehicles to support sales activities.

• Walked property and grounds, picking up trash and debris to maintain curb appeal.
