As a Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Collector/Intelligence Analyst with 22 years' experience in the intelligence community, I have effectively managed and supervised intelligence operations for US Special Operations. During various overseas assignments, I have been entrusted with critical responsibilities such as interrogations, tactical questioning, joint interrogations, full-spectrum targeting, intelligence analysis, and report writing in high operational tempo environments. Working closely with other exploitation elements, my primary objective has always been to provide immediate actionable intelligence to warfighters.

  • Served as supervisor for a Special Operations Global Exploitation Task Force
  • Responsible for establishing and fostering relationships with agencies across the United States Intelligence Community, United States Combatant Commands and numerous Foreign Military/government agencies

  • Collected and expeditiously translated Open Source Intelligence in support of Counter Narcotics Operations in the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) area of operation (AOR)

  • Prepared and led regular information briefings for USSOUTHCOM leadership on status and success of PSYOP in the Caribbean
  • Served as liaison and intelligence officer between Military Information Support Team (MIST) Colombia the Colombian Police and Colombian Military (Counter Narcotic Division)
  • Enabled coordination between the two entities on Counter Narcotic operations
  • Evaluated PSYOP Product effectiveness through interrogations, open source intelligence (OSINT) and by debriefing walk in sources
