Proven in property management and team leadership, I excelled at Dimond Properties LLC, enhancing operational efficiency and spearheading a charity match, raising significant funds for Akindale Horse Rescue. Skilled in database management and exceptional communication, I successfully managed budgets and promoted community engagement, contributing to two national titles in club sports.
I helped with day-to-day property management, from fixing issues with barns on lease to coordinating practices twice a week for our polo program. Along with helping start the annual tradition of organizing a charity match for Akindale Horse Rescue in Pawling to raise money for their operation. I work every summer under the manager of the property, Paul Kuhn.
Although I had many other commitments, I helped manage our travel budget, transported players and horses before all matches and tournaments, and, as an unnamed treasurer, kept track of all finances at the school's request so that we could receive reimbursement. This was crucial. This responsibility all through college helped me learn to balance and prioritize tasks in my life and professionally.
A group of 5, including myself, met every other week to decide and structure the budget for all club sports at the school with the head of the club sports department. deciding where the budget would be best spent to grow all club sports through successful programs and community impact, such as the polo club where we won two national titles.
