Served from 1985 to 1993 in the Illinois Army National Guard. Graduated from Advanced Individual Training in boot camp in 1986. Expert infantryman combat soldier, when I was honorably discharged from the Army serving my full 8 year term my rank was an E-4 Specialist, I was in charge of the arms room, NBC instructor, Squad leader, expert infantry machine gunner, and trained as a helicopter door gunner, and an expert grenades man. Have multiple ribbons of missions that I accomplished. Forever grateful to the men and women serving in our military.
