I am currently a Senior Field Technician for SST with the responsibilities of ensuring proper install of our equipment along with proper training on the operation and maintenance of our equipment.

I also perform remote support for customers when not traveling with a high success rate when it comes to diagnosing issues over the phone.

I have the ability to build our Easyframe system from the ground up, along with installing and operating them which really helps with diagnosing issues.

-Scheduling pickup of our equipment and coordinating with customers to ensure proper delivery and safe unloading of the equipment.
-Overlooking and submittal of time cards.
-Performing the yearly reviews of employees.
-Understanding and navigation of sales force.
-Navigating S.S.T's apps dashboard in order to do all of my tasks along with completing employee reviews and timecards.

-I learned how to completely build and wire a fully loaded easyframe system in a short amount of time due to my electrical and mechanical background.
-I learned how to read I/O's and schematics for the systems as well.

• Diagnosed and repaired electrical issues, improving system reliability and performance.
• Collaborated with project managers to execute large-scale electrical installations efficiently.
• Conducted routine maintenance on electrical equipment, minimizing downtime and enhancing functionality.
• Reviewed blueprints and technical drawings to accurately implement electrical layouts for projects.
• Worked from ladders, scaffolds and lifts to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring equipment and lighting fixtures in ceilings,
• on roofs and on towers.
• Installed and wired electrical transformers, service panels, and circuit breakers.
• Installed, maintained, repaired, and tested equipment for electricity generation and utilization.
• Used testing instruments such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, ammeters, and multimeters.
