I am well versed in the Guitar Center world! I participate in the day to day happenings in all areas of the store; the floor, operations, computer systems, lessons and most importantly... Customer service. I held the Lessons Lead position for several months. I've been a Store Lead for 4 years. I am confident in my ability to work above and beyond my title and description. Though I have never officially had the CSM title, I work as if I am one. I am lucky to have studied under some outstanding leaders. I'm competitive but fair. I enjoy everyone.
