• Developed and implemented Master Schedule for 5 story commercial building.
• Oversaw construction for 5 story type 1A commercial building including but not limited to concrete support structure, MEP UG and building infrastructure, framing, structural steel, elevator, storefront system, skin, EBM, drywall and finishes.
• Managed high profile Shasta Bike Depot building construction type V ground up.
• Assisted project management team in the development of RFI's and submittal review.
• Coordinated buyout and preconstruction with Project Executive.

• Schedule and manage type V framing construction for 180 unit mixed use affordable housing project.
• Coordinated MEP infrastructure for both residential and common areas.
• Oversaw roof, openings, skin, and facade construction activities.
• Managed elevator core and conveying equipment scope of work.
• Review schedule and project billing with GS/PM.
• Developed preliminary construction schedules for project bidding, along with site preparation and logistics for said projects.
