Construction professional with 11+ years experience in the industry. My development path throughout my construction management career is unique in that I was required to learn and master all roles and counterpart positions related to field operations and project management. This has given me a well rounded understanding of the construction operation process procedures from buyout to closeout. My backround in self performed work allows me to easily communicate and build relationships quickly with trade partners. My office and field experience compliment each other in that I am able to effectively balance cost, schedule, quality and safety on a project. Furthermore, my understanding of the design process gives me the ability to utilize resources like Engineers, Architects, and Consultants to navigate complex builds and insure constructability.

  • Schedule and managed work for 2.5 acres on structure Green Roof System.
  • Managed unitized curtain wall system install as a part of building shell construction at Green Roof elevations.
  • Schedule and managed South Plaza site work for both sister buildings including underground utilities support.
  • Assisted overseeing buildings core construction.
  • Assisted overseeing mechanical roof top construction and dry-in.
  • Schedule and managed TI Day 2 work including but not limited to retrofits, renovations, security upgrades, and mechanical updates.
  • Schedule and manage precast garage/CUP completion servicing both project buildings.

  • Developed and implemented Master Schedule for 5 story commercial building.
  • Oversaw construction for 5 story type 1A commercial building including but not limited to concrete support structure, MEP UG and building infrastructure, framing, structural steel, elevator, storefront system, skin, EBM, drywall and finishes.
  • Managed high profile Shasta Bike Depot building construction type V ground up.
  • Assisted project management team in the development of RFI's and submittal review.
  • Coordinated buyout and preconstruction with Project Executive.
