Doing HVAC through an apprenticeship has taught me many things such as interactions with customers in a professional setting and going above and beyond their expectations to guarantee a consistent 5 star experience. Another thing is picking up on the fundamentals very quickly and thoroughly, whether it was me researching on my own time or the training that was provided.

The experience i have in HVAC consists of:

• Supported company growth by maintaining a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence in all tasks performed.
• Assisted in the installation/selling of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for enhanced energy savings.
• Very involved with training whether its on my own time or with help of the company. Very informed upon the trends and direction HVAC is heading in due to attending most meetings held by part houses and reading in my spare time.
• Maximized job site efficiency with proper preparation of materials needed for each assignment according to specifications provided by senior technicians or project managers.
• Able to do full HVAC maintenances, summer and winter. To me a correct maintenance contains the following:

Deeply and thoroughly inspecting the customer's equipment and then educating them on its condition. While the unit is open cleaning, checking voltage/amps, and securing connections.
