.As a Night Grocery Manager, we will face merchandise on shelves in our retail grocery store. Break down receiving shipment open cases of merchandise using a company-approved box cutter. Place individual items on shelves in their specified locations. Face items by pulling them forward to the edge of the display to maintain visual standards. Responsible for store security, maintaining all aisles with a clear walkway, bail cardboard and clean floors, and occasionally function as a cashier/checker. Manager responsibilities include ordering products, updating product inventory, receiving shipments for the store, and maintaining an organized backroom.

Responsibilities and tasks at Active Care directed objectives based on the Kinesiology Exercise Science major program at Humboldt State University. Started off by shadowing the doctors in New Patient Exams, observing the practice in which they view patient history, did physical exams, educating patients on the issues they bring to the doctors, how to provide treatment, and assisted patients in exercise prescription. Along with that, other responsibilities included working front desk operations which included checking patients in and out of the clinic, scheduling appointments, maintaining sanitation and visual standards.

Shift leader's responsibility is to help assistant and general managers in directing crew members, store operations in opening and closing procedures, customer servicing, and food handling. We also used cash registers and money handling. As shift leaders, we needed to be very versatile, training new crew members, becoming baristas, and bakers.

Our focus was mainly customer service, we helped customers with their needs, providing information on certain brands to buy, assisting customers in the fitting rooms. Recovery, helped organize the store. The cashier worked the cash register and helped on certain transactions. Worked on receiving the shipment, visual standards, training and recruitment were my DOR, segment trackers, and leverage trackers. Hiring and development, overseeing different trends, open and close registers, safe counts, store operations: opening and closing the store.
