Utilize multiple different applications via Aspect Enterprise software to:


  • Provide data entry
  • Create Excel reports detailing times/numbers dialed/number of passes of each service
  • Monitor agents active/idle/break times
  • Monitor multiple services at once and make adjustments on the fly to said services to control efficiency of dialer/service
  • Import/Load/Organize hundreds of different tables/queues via correct Julian date
  • Ensure specific accounts are removed on the fly on the basis of several factors
  • Communicate (via Teams app) with several other departments to ensure all issues with agents/services are attended to
  • Create a report every 30 minutes detailing agents in services/calls dropped/calls on hold/established connections with owners


I'm on a small team of 4 employees and 1 manager. Our duty is to ensure almost everything involving our company's Dialer system is handled correctly and efficiently. It's a lot of multitasking. It does not involve any coding/program languages or programming in general. It involves a lot of multitasking, dialer planning and general responsibility/accountability.
