  • Reporting directly to the CIO, manage and track the workflow and finances of various small project initiatives requested by the Business/Operations, and approved by the CIO.
  • Assist a Senior Project Manager with a multi-faceted software development and enhancements project, with companywide impact. This project successfully completed over thirty new applications and enhancement projects in 2014 alone. Project work includes managing resources across seven of HCA’s Shared Service Centers, and communicating regularly with their key stakeholders.
