Accomplishments

I started as a CNC Lathe operator at Lee Brass in 2020 and in just 4 years I've been promoted all the way up to Quality Lead of ALL metal production from testing metal samples to ensure ASTM standards all the way to parts checked in AQL. I'm mostly self taught in metal machining. I'm mostly familiar with Okuma CNC Lathes, some Fanuc and HAAS as well. I'm trained to clean, maintain and operate a Bruker spectograph to assure metal analysis. I'm trained on 4 basic green sand tests for molding including permability, green strength, compactibility and moisture. I'm also trained in doing Foundry hot pulls and destructive testing and tensil testing
