While I’m an L1 associate I have the privilege of being able to run almost every day as the quality person during pick and stage where I focus on being able to finish the routes as quickly as possible without leaving any packages behind and treating each package as if were my own but never forgetting that’s being safe comes first and foremost.

In November 2024 I had the opportunity to run as an interim PA in the dock where I was able to put all my skills to the test. I had the opportunity to check in and check out the LH and make sure that all the volume arrived in good condition and on time. I was also able to train about 20 new associates and assign them their task for that day.
