I have been an avid Audiophile and music lover since I was a teenager. The science of putting together a great Hi-End stereo system is more complex than one might imagine. It took years of research and experience to be able to put together musically satisfying systems at any price range.

Texas Hold Em has a saying, It takes minutes to learn and a lifetime to master. Although I am no master I have cashed and even won a fair amount of Hold Em tournaments. Poker is another hobby of mine that requires deep thought and strategizing and is extremely satisfying when i experience success in the game.

Cooking is something I started to do at a very young age. I even went as far as going to Culinary Arts school at the local community college in Dayton Ohio. Although I decided that I did not want to ultimately pursue it as a career I still enjoy cooking quite a bit and dare I say I am quite good at it.

Physical Fitness is something I have enjoyed for many years. I played Soccer and Basketball a lot growing up and started weight training in my high school years and find that it along with hiking and biking are my main ways of staying fit. I also have gained a lot of knowledge on effective weight loss and healthy eating to the point that I feel I could coach those wanting to lose weight and would desire my advice.
