
I graduated college with an Associates Degree in Business Management / Mass Communication from Colorado State University in 2005 and was employed as an HR Specialist/ Recruiter at Home Advisor in which I’d Screen Applicants applications, Interview and set up new applicants to a 2-week orientation class In which I prepped new recruits with the basic fundamentals needed to graduate to the Sales floor such as Pipeline management, prospecting for leads, Customer service, and other essentials to help them be successful once they were in their respective Sales Representative roles. In 2007, I was promoted to Floor Sales Manager in which I’d oversee day to day Sales Operations, Meeting Daily Sales goals and Quotas, Field Operations, maintaining Contractor/ Home Owner relationships / Contracts to fulfill their home improvement needs. Home Advisor sold the business to Angie’s list in 2015 and I decided at that time to except a job offer as Warehouse Manager of Operations with Navajo Inc. in Denver in which I oversaw the Shipping/Recieving Department, Inbound/Outbound, Quality Control, Inventory, & day to day operations, along with working side by side with our Safety Training & Safety Enforcement Team. I was with the company from 2015 to March 2024.
