Leaving a day of skiing at Mt Hood Meadows I was a passenger in a car that was struck by a much larger vehicle. The driver was pinned in the Subaru as I was non-responsive. I was life-flighted 62 miles to Legacy Emanuel's TRACU floor. For 5-6 weeks I was under the care of professionals. I am lucky to be alive and did not work for almost six months (fully recovered).
Like any start-up company I wore many hats at Portland Ink. Owner Bobby Daddario trusted in my tech-savvy ways as I brought all of the artwork in house while developing our company Google Drive. With our two data-entry employees I established our Etsy account listings, ad spending, and overall digital marketplace presence that grew sales significantly which led to hiring 3-new screen printers and 3-new graphic designers. Quarterbacking the sourcing, sales negotiation/contracts while overseeing the entire solution with my team for custom orders. Established our company Google Drive architecture with other department heads and trained for 'best practices.' Negotiated payment terms and managed production process for each custom order from start to finish.Helped reach 6 million dollar milestone in sales month of July 2019. Involved in a near death car accident February of 2020.
Promoted from SMB development team to become apart of Zones Inside/Out business restructure. Was assigned lost, broken, and former enterprise customers to win over, penetrate, and ultimately rebuild relationships as the new point of contact for Zones. Quickly navigated and strategized with assigned field executives to capture new enterprise customers, cross sell into new LOB, while gaining trust and growing margin with increased run rate numbers.
