Interviews and coordinates orientation and enrollment process of juvenile offenders. Coordinate efforts with Operation H.O.M.E. Investigative Analyst and assist in the preparation and review of criminal histories, violation reports, statistical reports, and offender files.

Operate computerized electronic surveillance system to monitor operational status; facilitate the movement of inmates, staff, and visitors within the complex; and conduct building security checks. Respond to telephone and radio calls and transmit requests for assistance or information to the appropriate area.

Verify inmate or applicant status or criminal history using a computer terminal. Greet the public, respond to telephone inquiries and/or route calls to the proper station, taking messages as needed, register visitors, and/or packages, and other paperwork
