Both on a critical path and both having to comply with C.a.s.p and ADA compliance.
  • Attending weekly timeline meetings and collaborating with all sub-contractor management as one on ways to pass all inspections, air test, and move forward with minimal hold up.

  • I Also worked with the HVAC crew helping performing demo and building unit platforms; Building to code and re installing new decibel rated doors and windows to eliminate noise pollution from the airbuses from LAX airport
  • I worked all aspects of the home phases from demolition to reframe, finish woodwork to final walkthrough
  • I ran a crew of 4-6 during this time
  • I worked closely with inspectors and coordinated the completion of the punch list
  • I was in charge of reviewing the daily scope of work and pulled materials required to complete work
  • After each home completion I completed warranty work.

  • I started as a Construction Technician but quickly moved into an Assistant Superintendent position due to my vast knowledge of construction and phase building (time frames)
  • I was in charge of directing subcontractor’s daily duties for 10-14 home phases to be completed in 90 days
  • I took the opportunity to become a Customer Service Manager for the entire Hemet Four Seasons project
  • My passion was providing the cleanest most flawless product possible
  • As Customer Service Manager, I was responsible for resolving escalated/unresolved warranty items, overseeing the four Customer Service Representatives and communicating to the corporate office
  • Working with the Customer Service Representative, I was also responsible for pre-walk and final inspection of homes at completion
  • If necessary I would correct the pre-walk issues if it was beyond the Customer Service Representative abilities or the sub was not available, ensuring each home had the proper custom add-ons, and everything functioned properly
  • After satisfying all issues, I met with the home buyer to present their keys and described their custom add-ons; showing them how everything worked, and addressing any issues they noticed
  • I would ensure all discrepancies were fixed within a week of the homeowner receiving their keys.
