as a Lead for rplanet earth i was in charge of all operations at two departments recycling and washline , as a Lead role i was to insure my team up to date on daily duties ,projects and issues on both sides of the recycling department front end and washline . enforce my team members to rplanet earth highest quality standars . this position will support the recycling supervisor in providing direction on shift duties , tasks to the sr. operators,operators,manual sorters and material handlers.

in the absence of the recycling supervisor as Lead i was expected to provide support to the recycling supervisor by temporariyly assuming the superviser's responsabilities.

Ensure team members to fallow correct processes and SOP's during normal operation of equipment .

perform daily inventory counts of finished goods and byproducts as needed.

create , post and close vicinity batch tickets as needed for the shift.

manage team members to work safety and efficiently while permorming PM activities.

monitor Equipment permormance and fill out hourly checks accurately and in a timely manner

provide training on procedures and processes to team members as needed

motivate and ensure a safe work environment for eveyone in and outside the team.

at this company i was in charge of payroll , sales open and closing bussines dealing with customers , help , supervise employees in charge of all new employee training i will also assist and perform cashier duties when needed .
