My duties included teaching managers and crew how to follow procedures, P&L management, hiring, scheduling, staffing, overseeing operations, food safety, cleanliness, and insuring a safe and friendly work environment. I accomplished my duties by leading, teaching, and motivating my staff. My staff consists of 50 crew and managers. I achieved outstanding results and received outstanding store awards in 2014 and 2017. The outstanding store award is given to the top ten percent of stores in profit, customer service , and corporate inspections.
