  • Outreach and respond to an assigned caseload of people in crisis via phone or in person while
    working remotely, in the office, and/or in community settings.
  • Determine needs of those in crisis and provide education, supportive counseling, and
    linkages to other resources as needed including internal and external programs and services.

  • Provide language support in collaboration with internal programs as needed.
  • Link and refer client/families to appropriate culturally relevant community – based resources
    and informal supports within their community when that is appropriate and sufficient to meet
    the families’ need(s)

    appropriate services
