  • Responsible for managing up to 50 drivers and 6 office/shop personnel.
  • Responsible for hiring terminal personnel and administering disciplinary actions as needed.
  • ·Making sure all Federal, State and Company rules and regulations are adhered to.
  • Manage 21 trucks and trailers – Over 4.5 million dollars in equipment.
  • Handle all customer issues and ensure their inventory is kept on track and orders are delivered on time.
  • Responsible for the logistics of around 750,000 gallons of fuel to be delivered daily in Central Virginia to fuel stations.
  • Responsible for all budgetary items and payroll for all personnel at the terminal.
  • Project manager for rolling out new computer system in trucks for 21 terminals and trained over 800 drivers on the use of the system while running Richmond Terminal. Have done this for 3 different systems during my tenure.
