My experience over the last 16 years working in small business has offered me the opportunity to develop into an encouraging manager and analytical problem-solver with talents for team building, leading, and motivating. As well as excellent customer relations aptitude and the understanding of the importance of relationship-building skills. Proficient in using independent decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact company success & customer relations. Focusing internally on the overall objective, but realizing that the relationships you build are ultimately what get you to cross the finish line. In my short 36 years on this earth, I have had many life lessons that have proven the "it takes a village" proverb to finding success in life. Together is better than alone. No matter how determined you are. I look forward to fully embracing this mindset in my pursuit of fulfillment in my next chapter. Relying on my strong ability of personally connecting, embracing, valuing, and growing client relationships to add real value in my own life's purpose and ultimately, to my future employer.
