- When picking items check to make sure the product is in good quality such as checking expiration dates, mold, broken seals, damage to the exterior of the products like dents in cans, etc..
- Organize the orders in the backroom where we stage them.
- The job includes both picking and dispensing orders.
- When dispensing, retrieve orders and load them into the vehicles informing customer's of what items were missing or swapped.
- Other roles include checking the quality of the products just in case a mistake was made, issuing refunds/returns, and ordering new drivers if delivery orders had mistakes.
- Tasks not related to my job is understanding how pallets from trucks are processed into the system, working the warehouse, coolers, and freezers to understand where items can be located and how items are processed into the store.
