• I joined the finance group at Gates and instantly made my mark with the "BullDawg" award which for Gates is the most prized award for finance managers. It represents the finance manager with the best Products per deal average, customer retention, and per unit total.
• I started at a store that had just opened and was trying to grow. My first QTR I ran numbers that "has never been heard of" in the company. Over $4,000 per unit total and over 3.5 products per deal. While also keeping my customer reviews to 5 stars.
• I implanted a more stream line way to make customers feel more calm and excited to learn about any aftermarket product I offered even if they stated they didn’t want to hear about it. I challenge myself to believe every customer will buy product if you know how to present it to them.
• I pride myself in being honest and up front with all customers. I am not afraid to tell a customer how much my product cost because it holds enough value that when i finished talking about it they cant think of the ownership experience without these products.
• I Won Finance Manager of the Year in my first year of being a finance manager and bested out over 15 guys that’s been there for 5+ years.
• I held on to the Bull Dawg award for a year straight which also has never happen in 100 years of Gates Automotive.
• After winning finance manager of the year I was moved to a different store to help grow the finance guys there which then lead me to start learning to submit, learning how to pencil deals, learning how to communicate with banks etc.

• I started working as a sales professional before I graduated High school.
• I quickly became the sales guy that would take T.O's for sales that couldn't close customers.
• I prided myself on the title of "On Floor sales manager" If there was a problem with a deal after going back into finance or if there was a problem between salesman I was the first person to hear about it and resolve it.
• I became Salesman of the Year in 2022 (Got a Frosted Flakes box with my face on it)
• I finished my salesman of the year with over 290 deals. While also averaging great customer satisfaction.
• Gates gave me my own BDC rep while on the floor to help me take care of scheduling appointments on my social media & referral customers.
