- Oversaw development of long-term strategic plans for San Jacinto Police department in order to take a futureistic approach to community policing.
- Developed working relationships with the business community in and effort to provide recommendations for business safety practices and security.
- Was responsible for a $5,000,000 budget which provided the daily function of the police department.
- As President of the Riverside County Law Enforcement Administrators, led the Chief's of Police, District Attorney, FBI members, Sheriff, and other members in ensuring mutual cooperation for the safety of all communities within Riverside County.
- As President, working with other California State professional auctioneers, implemented a strong informational base for members to draw on should they need assistance.
- As President, provided a strong foundation for members of the San Jacinto Chamber of Commerce to address needs of the business community.
- As President of the San Jacinto Rotary Club, provided programs for members to help various needy organizations in the community.
- As President, led the formation of the Appraisers National Association for the betterment of the appraisal profession.
- As Secretary for the Soboba Springs Men's Golf Club, handled all correspondence for a 300 member club, published a monthly newsletter, and ensured members were updated on club activities.
