I will usually organize Team-building exercises with my circle of friends, accounting for all health conditions, individual schedules, & personal tastes of what they deem to be acceptable & enjoyable. I will usually go out of my way to either purchase/cook up snacks for them to eat during the exercises. The exercises usually consist of playing co-op games, going to meet up at restaurants to eat & converse daily/current events, & hosting roleplaying Tabletop campaigns that promote both critical thinking & teamwork to solve both puzzles & problems. After the exercises, I will always ask for any feedback on how to improve the exercise even further fo the next time we meet up.
