
My name is Joseph Mitchell. I am a U.S. Citizen, 18 years old, and I am located in Hazel Green, AL. To best describe myself, I am a reliable and motivated individual experienced in customer service, health knowledge, management, photography, sales, and technology. With a track record of success in leading and motivating, enforcing policies and procedures, and delivering exceptional customer service to others with kindness. I am constantly looking to grow and learn within my path of life and set goals to achieve with myself. I am willing to learn and grow to obtain any skill sets necessary. - Managing shift control and ensuring that all areas and employees are where they are scheduled to be, and that all is running smoothly.
- Monitoring all people in the building and arena, responding to any concerns or injuries, and using safety and health protocols in the case of an injury occurring.
(Ex: First aid, communication with the injured individual, charting out the injury and how it occurred, taking further action based on the severity of the injury, etc.)
- Opening and closing duties of the park, including counting money, turning on all lights and equipment, setting up tills, and making sure everything is clean and functioning.
- Front desk duties include checking in customers on a computer, assisting anyone with questions or guidance around the park, and answering phone calls.
- Monitoring the safety of the park, and keeping a lookout on all equipment and customers.
- Core deep cleaning around the park, including offices, bathrooms, equipment, and the cafe environment. Keeping the park in a satisfactory and sanitary standpoint.
