Concept Metal Machining 7/19 to Current (IT Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Planning Manager)

• Maintain all Project and IT Manager roles from Freedom Manufacturing.
• Started Production Planning Manager role in mid-March of 2020. Oversaw all aspects of planning from front end to out the door. Found a good balance to meet customer requirements with a shortage of resources all through COVID shutdowns. Work on most efficient means to push product through production. 2021 being the best year-to-date in both sales and profitability.
• Inherited CNC Operations/Manufacturing Manager role in November 2020. 20+ direct reports in department production team. Kept existing team and reorganized to find best way to gain production hours. Conducted an extraordinary number of interviews throughout labor shortage to keep machines running.
• Oversight in operations for all other production focused departments/teams; Quality, Maintenance, Shipping and Receiving, and Manufacturing Engineer team. Always try to hit targeted KPI

Freedom Manufacturing 02/12 to 06/19 (Acquired By Concept Metals Group)

• Started as an Engineering Intern to help create and maintain inspection method paperwork/criteria. Assisted with data entry for new ERP system. Quickly became project leader on entire ERP implementation, operations side and accounting side.
• Role turned into being Project Manager and IT Manager.

• Maintained all IT network, server, and client devices internally. IT role required occasional programming and reporting. Solid foundation in .NET platform, SQL, database administration, Crystal Reports, E2 Shop ERP System.
